Our printing presses, bindery and broad inventory of finishing equipment are all closely managed by Clearstory staff at our state-of-the-art facility in San Diego, California. We oversee all project details firsthand and manage the quality of each project to make sure it’s produced to Clearstory standards and delivers on schedule. However, in the rare occurrence we may have overlooked a defect, please let us know.
Contact our Customer Support team with the necessary details within 14 days of receiving your order. If the defect is due to production or shipment we will have a replacement book made and shipped as soon as possible. Clearstory will not be held responsible for defect reports later than 14 days.
Return your book with the postage paid label shipped with your order. Please make sure to include your full name, order number and description of the defect.
Please note that Clearstory cannot provide refunds. If the book has a defect, we will have the book fixed or replaced. Clearstory is not responsible for any consumer-generated mistakes, errors that include but not exclusive to spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, poor image quality from low resolution images, order quantity or other ordering errors. Please be sure to preview your books carefully before placing your order.
